Jamu

Jamu are herb mixes against various physical discomforts and pains. In the old days only available as drinks, and vendors, often women, went from door to door with their bottles. Nowadays "instant" jamu is used, in powderform to be taken dissolved in water as a tea. Besides powder there are also pills.
