Returns
If despite of our care you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your order within 14 days after receipt. Returns can only be accepted if goods are unused, undamaged and in their original packing. It is allowed to open a packing to inspect the product. CD’s , DVD ‘s, VCD’s and certain hygiene products can only be returned if the seal is unopened and undamaged.
Procedure
First of all, contact Waroeng.nl by e-mail within 14 days of receipt. Optional but important to us: please state the reason for returning, so we can improve our service. Waroeng.nl should always be contacted by e-mail before sending returns. We will confirm your return by e-mail and explain the procedure, which is:
• You will send it back to us carefully packed in a box or outer box. The return shipment costs and risk will be on you. Send it to: Waroeng.nl, Zeuven Heuvels 15, 8091 AG Wezep, Netherlands.
• add the original invoice;
• Make sure the shipment is received by Waroeng.nl within 14 days;
We will refund you within 14 days after processing your return.
Unreported return shipments as well as shipments with unpaid shipping costs (freight collect) will not be accepted. Returns which do not meet our conditions, will not be accepted. In such case you will be given the opportunity to collect the goods on your own expense from Waroeng.nl within 30 days.
