The bantal  guling can be washed up to 40 º C with a bit of soap on a fabric-friendly program in your washing machine. A fabric softener is not necessary, but a little can not hurt.
The cushion may be centrifuged. If it does not fit into the washing machine, handwash is also possible.

Do NOT tumble dry, because the fiber could be damaged. If the cushion dries too quickly, the fibers get warm and fragile. The synthetic fibers will tumble frizz and volume decreases. The cotton in the cover will possibly shrink in the dryer.

Dry cleaning is always a safe option.
