How to order

Shopping

Shopping at Waroeng.nl is really easy. We have a wide collection, conveniently divided in categories. On the top on our website, you will find the catories. Here you can choose the category and then choose the products.

Shopping Cart

If you wish to order one or more products, you can place the product in your shopping cart by pressing the button "add to Cart". The product is now in your shopping cart, which can be viewed by clicking the button "Shopping Cart" on the right hand side of the upper menu. You can repeat this if you want to order more products.

In your shopping cart it is possible to change quantities. Change the quantity and press "recalculate".You can also remove products completely from your shopping cart by pressing the trash can button on the right from the product. If you are done shopping, and want to place your order, you can press the button "go to checkout".

Checkout

If you have chosen for checkout, you will come to your account page. If you have no account yet, now you will get the possibility to create one. This is only necessary once and your account can be used for future orders. Your account details are kept in safe storage, and you can make your own password.. We only use your data for completing your order, please read our privacy policy.

After you have made an account or have logged in to an existing account, you can continue checkout in three easy steps:

Step 1: Choose the desired way of shipment. It is also possible to have a different shipping address than your home address.

Step 2: Tick the box to agree with our conditions and choose a way of payment.

Step 3: Check and confirm your order. Here is also the possibility to make us a remark concerning your order.

After these steps you will get a confirmation screen with your ordernumber. This will also be sent in the confirmation e-mail. In your account you can follow the status of your order untill delivery at your door.

Prices

All prices on Waroeng.nl are in Euro's and are inclusive of Dutch VAT. Shipping costs are not included. Our prices are excluding import tax and duties, which can be levied when sending outside the European Union.

Search

To find a product quickly, you can use the search function on the top of the page. Simply fill in what you are looking for and press "search". If you get no results you can try a different spelling or language.
