Shipping Info

We keep stock ourselves. It is only possible to order what is on stock; our webshop will give a message before checkout when you order more than is on stock.

Shipping

Your order will be sent from our own warehouse. Waroeng.nl will do her best to ship your order as soon as possible, our promise is:

Order and pay online on workdays before 14.00 hour, and we ship the same day.

If you order online and pay instantly with iDeal, Paypal or Visa/Mastercard, we will ship all received orders before 14.00 (Dutch time) still on that same workday. Orders received and instantly paid in the weekend will ship on Monday.

Ways of shipment

For delivery of your order, Waroeng.nl offers the following choices:

  • Pick up

It is possible to pick up your order from our shop in Wezep. Our address is: Verlengde Kerkweg 53, 8091 EX Wezep, the Netherlands. Please make an appointment first, to avoid disappointments when we are not present. At pick up it is possible to pay cash.

  • Delivery via PostNL PostNL

Waroeng.nl works together with PostNL. An overview of shipping cost and delivery time indications can be found here. PostNL also delivers on Saturdays. You will receive an e-mail notification from Waroeng.nl as soon as your order has been sent, including the parcel number, if any.

  • PakjeGemak: Pickup from PostNL Location

Your package is not delivered to your address, but you can choose a location from PostNL in the Netherlands where you want to pick up the package. You do not have to stay at home for the delivery, but you collect it whenever it suits you. There are over 2400 pickup locations from PostNL to choose from. Always one in your proximity you and most of them with extended opening hours. Take a look at possible pick-up locations. You pay the normal shipping cost for parcels within the Netherlands. The collector of the parcel will be asked to show an ID. The parcel will be at the pick-up location for a period of 2 weeks. Tip: if you gave us your cell phone number (in your account), you will be send an SMS when the parcel is ready for you at the collection point.

  • Envelope
This option is only visible when buying small items which fit in an envelope. Please be advised that this way of shipment does not have tracking or insurance, so we send completely for your own risk.


Parcel tracing

Parcels sent via PostNL can be followed on their route to you. If you receive a parcel number on the day of shipment, you can track&trace your parcel via http://www.postnlpakketten.nl/klantenservice/tracktrace/

If you were not at home

If your order has been sent via PostNL and you were not at home during time of delivery, you will find a note from PostNL when a next delivery attempt will be made or how to pick it up from the post office.
